IT Education Center (ITEDU) is a project of NETFORCE Ukraine, which gives everyone the opportunity to get high-quality IT education. ⚡ Main responsibilities:
- Creating and managing email marketing and Telegram chat-bot.
- Developing a multi-channel promotion strategy (Email, SMS, Telegram).
- Audience segmentation and creating personalized email chains.
- Setting up email and chat-bot campaign automation.
- Writing TOR for designers, copywriters and developers, monitoring implementation.
- Testing email layout on different devices.
- Reporting, analyzing key metrics, optimizing campaigns.
- Conducting A/B tests to determine the most effective approaches.

⚙ What do we expect from you?
- Experience in email marketing and working with Telegram chat-bot for 1 year.
- Skills in working with email services and automation.
- Understanding adaptive layout and the technical side of email campaigns.
- Multitasking, responsibility.
- Ability to be your own manager and plan not only your tasks, but also the time to complete them.
- Understanding marketing fundamentals and user behavioral models.

➕ It will be a great bonus:
- Experience with platforms: SendPulse, Figma, Slack, Jira.
- Knowledge of segmentation and analytics tools.
- Experience in online education or technology.
